Kimchi, if you are Korean please advice.?!
Hi there, who better to ask then the people that invented it, i buy my Kim chi in plastic containers from an Asian supermarket , as soon as i bring it home i place it in the fridge, how long can i keep it in the fridge in a sealed plastic container for !? thank you all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want to eat it by itself, then eat it before a month passes!. After a month it is still edible, but it starts to get really sour which is why most Korean then use it for soups and stir-fries to get that sourness out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
although i am not korean!.!.but i sure love kimchi and those korean food!.!.to answer your question i think as long as you close the lid really tight it should still be good to eat!.!.i don't eat kimchi everyday so a couple of wks is fine!. If you notice the taste started to get really sour then thats when i think it has gone bad!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
