Fried rice or steamed?!

depends what you want to use them with!. I prefer the flavor of fried because it has a more full flavor!. How ever if im making a side dish with a nice sauce then i would use steamed so it can contrast with different textures and the sauce would make the rice really flavorfulWww@FoodAQ@Com
