Unless you have a food restriction due to religious beliefs!. Food could be an adventure!.

When I was a chef and worked abroad for a Canadian Hotel chain , I had the Vietnamese version known as Fetal Duck Egg in translation, they like it at breakfast, I cannot figure what was the hardest to stomach at that time of day, the aroma of the market in Hanoi, the food stalls in the market, the duck egg or the squid soup!. I am as adventurous as the next person, but even that was a bit hard to swallow, and I ate "Natto" 2 times a week when I worked in Japan at one of our other hotels, I was in Singapore when I went to Vietnam for a short trip!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
