Answers:
I know exactly what you're talking about!. We call it pizzasallad(=pizza salad)!. I've looked up the recipe on the internet, and here it is:

Enough for about 2-3 persons

Ingredients:
? medium sized head of a cabbage
1 d!.l!. oil (rapeseed oil is a good one since it has got no distinct flavour)
2-4 table spoons white wine vinegar
marjoram
salt & pepper

How to do:
1!. Take away the outer cabbage leaves, and cut off the rootstock
2!. Shred the cabbage nicely, and put in a bowl
3!. Mix oil, vinegar, marjoram, salt and pepper in a pot and heat, but don't let it boil
4!. Pour the oil mix over the cabbage and stir
5!. Let it stand for a few hours or over night!. The longer it stands, the softer it gets

With only 2 tbl!. sp!. of vinegar it doesn't really get that sour!. If you want it to be more sour you can add more vinegar!.

I'm not so sure if the recipe is that great, I've never tried it!. my stepdad is a chef and he makes a nice pizza salad, but he uses another recipe, I'm sure of that because he puts sugar in his!. It doesn't taste any different really!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Was it flavorful and had crunchy things in it!? Then, it was Oriental Cole Slaw!. They break up a package of ramen noodles and add almonds and seseame seeds to cabbage/ cole slaw!. It is very tasty!. There are loots of recipes for it on cooks!.com if you search for it!. Here is one:
