Gollash with spinach

This is a delicious dish!. Using spinach as a stuffing for anything is great but with the combination of ingredients and gollash is irresistible, even if you don't like spinach!.
Cuisine International
Main ingredients Spinach, Gollash (filo pastry), Cream, Cheddar cheese
Time of preparation 25 Minutes
Time of cooking 35 Minutes
Serving 6




Ingredients 1 pack Gollash , (500 g) or phylo pastry
2 packs Spinach
1/2 cup Double Cream , or 1 cup béchamel
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Corn Oil Crystal
2/3 cup Cheddar Cheese , shredded or feta cheese
1 cup Milk
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper
All Spices




Directions
Fill 2/3 large deep pan with water and bring to boil!. Dip spinach in boiling water and stir for 1 minute!. Drain in a colander and leave in colander until there is no water left!.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat!. Add spinach and stir!. Add double cream or béchamel, salt and pepper and continue stirring for 1-2 minutes!. Take off heat!.
Brush a metal baking dish with oil!. Layer half quantity of gollash sheets on top of each other in baking dish!. Brush surface of each sheet with little oil!.
Pour spinach mixture to form a layer over gollash sheets!. Sprinkle cheese over spinach!. Arrange the other half of sheets over spinach and cheese layer brushing layers with oil!. Brush the top sheet with more oil than the rest of sheets!. Cut gollash into
