Indian spice conversions?!
About how much of the following spices would I use if using ground instead of whole!? I would use the whole spices but I don't have anyway to grind them up!. And yes, I know it will taste differently- I want to try ground nonetheless!.
ginger- 1 cubic inch
fennel seeds- 1/4 tsp

Ginger -- 1 teaspoon
Fennel -- 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander -- 1/8 teaspoon since it is strong!.
Of course you can always adjust the taste by adding more or less!. Just taste it and change on what you like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
