Answers:
just look for Kagogi in any Korean Restaurant!. They will tell you if you ask what that is that its beef ( and they might even serve beef to "foreigners" ) but real Kagogi is dog!.You can ask for it if its not on the menu!.
I know of a restaurant in New Malden who serves it but please understand that I don't give the name!.With sentiments running that high it might get burned down!.!.

BTW!.!. I have not eaten it!.!.one of the few animals I would not!.!.like dolphin or monkey!. But I have eaten Spiders, Worms, Snake, Crocodile, Bison, Horse!.!. so I am fairly adventurous!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As far as I know the slaughter and consumption of dogs, cats and other companion animals is illegal in the United States, the UK and the rest of Europe!.

In the off chance you did find it, I wouldn't recommend eating it: you could be slapped with a lawsuit if it were someone's stolen pet, or the huge health risk you would take eating it if it were from a stray!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I doubt it!. Even in Korea, dog is served only in speciality restaurants and is not on general menus!.

Btw - If you want to go to a Korean restaurant, most of them are in New Malden!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No restaurant over in England would serve dog, it would be an outrage and the restaurant owners would know they'd get a lot of trouble for it not just from the public but the law too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Using common sense; would you think you could find some place that serves dog as it clearly would be in gross violation of UK health codes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
