In spain, do dishes vary from region to region?!

I am a former chef and have worked with a number of Spanish chefs, my best friend is from Spain and the other are right, they vary in the produce, meats and seafoods available in that area, spices and oils are very popular, each region has a very distinct cuisine from Galicia to Madrid, Barcelona, the coastal area, all use cross over ingredients but in various manners!.

hell yes just like every were else in the world!!!!
