All Laos food! I don't ask what it is, I just eat it! There is a fish soup that they cooked with ants in it! The size of the ants are like fire ant! I took a spoonful of soup with the ants in it, but i can't tell you what it tasted like! also, there is a dish with live baby shrimps!. They added all kind of herbs and lemon juice and some other spice!. When you eat it, it is still jumping in your mouth!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cow Tripe masala curry!. I swear, its the most delicious meal I have ever had!. Its considered a delicacy as well as goat/cow liver, tongue, brain, heart and the cartilages!. God it sounds gross, but when it's in your mouth, you just won't care!. Lol!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not that strange down here in Louisiana, but Hogshead cheese!. Like, all the time! And pig intestines, which are chitterlings!. Love the pig!
