Are there any restaurants in America that serve cold soba noodles?!
When I went to Japan, I had the most AMAZING cold soba noodles!. They were served in large, wooden bowls and we were supposed to dip them in this amazing sauce (and slurp them up)!. This was so long ago, and I haven't had them sense!.
