What is your favorite meal/dish? Who makes it for you? Why do you like this type of food?!

I guess because winter is coming soon, I've been thinking about my mom's homemade beef vegetable soup!. She would make tons of this every fall and winter, and it was our favorite!. She would start the soup around 11 am on a Saturday, and cook it until about six!. It would be full of lean, tender chunks of beef, corn, carrots, onions, celery, cabbage, chopped tomatoes, and tomato juice!. If she was feeling wild, she would throw in some pasta!. I know it sounds plain, but this time of year always takes me back to those Saturdays where a pot of soup simmered on the stove!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well,My favorite dish is breakfast and I like grits n eggs and bacon and toast !!,and I usually cook it myself !,I like it because it just satisfies me more than any food,I like fried jumbo shrimp n fries too,and I am not obese or dead yet lol !!,I like to cook my own stuff and make my own plate too !!Www@FoodAQ@Com
sauerbraten and potato dumplings!. My grandma used to make this and it was so good!. It was different from any other sauerbraten I've had as it does not have gingersnaps in it and it is spicy!. Because she didn't use a recipe, one day I watched her very carefully and had her pour the ingredients in her hand and then I measured the amounts!. It just isn't the same as when grandma made it!. my favorites are eggplant parmesan & fettuccini alfredo!.!.!.i learned to make them for myself, because they're not things my mom knows how to cook & she doesn't like to learn new things, haha!. i like them because they're very rich & flavorful & comforting!.!.!.i pretty much like all italian food, especially dishes with lots of cheese! :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
i like warm chocolate cake with chocolate icing and smashed oreos in the middle icing part and whole oreos on the top, sometimes chocolate chips mixed in with the cake!. i always make it myself Www@FoodAQ@Com
