i love fish cooked in vinegar with salt,chilli,garlic,lime juice,ginger and lemongrass(tanglad)!.any type of fish will give nice results but with this recipe,bangus(milkfish) and tuna are the best!.This is called paksiw recipe so we call this paksiw na isda!.If you want a little twist of taste,deep fry the fish paksiw in oil until golden brown!.serve hot with sliced tomato,onion,cucumber and with soy sauce dip (with garlic and chilli)!.It is best eaten with cooked or sinaing rice!Www@FoodAQ@Com

All-time favorite: Steamed whole head of silver carp with chop hot chili pepper (a thick layer of chopped Chinese pickle hot chili pepper, ginger, spring onion garlic, and Chinese rice wine)Www@FoodAQ@Com
