Ethnic food statistics/charts/trends? ?!
Can anyone give me sources of information where there are statistics/tables/trends/charts on the comparison of eating out at ethnic food restaurants!? Which type of ethnic food restaurants do people eat at the most!? Such as Indian food vs Chinese food etc!.
Any market research results of the most popular type of restaurants would be great, i cant seem to find any specific!.

I'm not surprised you cant find it, not the sort of stuff the governemnt gathers for public use!.
There is probably a trade association for this market!. I dont know the market, but to give a clue using an example I know well booksellers are usually members of the Publishers Association!.
Their membership them allows them to participate in research to which the whole trade then has access - and they can pay extra to have `private' questions added to which only the individual company gets the answers!.
find the trade association and you may find the answers!. If you are a student doing a dissertation you may be able to persuade them to allow access!. Perhaps you could ask in yor local resturant what association they belong to!.
