Answers:
My father family were Lithuanian Jews which at that time was Russia and his mother use to make all the foods one delicious dish I find is Borshcht its Beet soup you will need beef stock, carrot, onion, garlic, potato, beef chunks, pickled cabbage and beets

You fry the beef, onion and garlic chunks in some chicken fat you can use cooking oil though then add everything else except the potato add the stock and boil the potato to serve on the side

By the way for authentic Russian style add some sour cream when being served we never got to because Jews can't mix meat and dairy but I add it now its really nice

You can serve it hot or coldWww@FoodAQ@Com

Flour, eggs, cottage cheese, sauerkraut, sausage, cabbage!. The ingredients are really basic, but the prep can be quite intricate!. The food is yummy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
