How do I make Lo Mein?!

Question: How do I make Lo Mein!?
I had to look all over before I could even find Lo Mein noodles!. Unfortunately, the ones that I found require refrigeration prior to use and have egg and coloring in them!.

Is there a store on the East Coast that has an easy way to make Lo Mein -- or do I have to buy those refrigerated noodles and check online about what else to buy!.

A bunch of us are going to have Oriental food on Monday evening and since I am a vegetarian, a girl mentioned Lo Mein!.

Ok if you can't find low mien noodles, you could always go out and use some spaghetti or any other noodle like it!. As for ingredients its up to you!. I usually use:
About a lb!. of spaghetti noddles
1!.5 Cups of peeled and de-veined shrimp
2-3 Diagonally cut green onions
1/2 Onion sliced
1 Diagonally cut celery
2 Minced ginger slices
1 cup of water or half cup water and half cup chicken broth
1!.5 tbs of oyster sauce
2 tbs of light soy sauce
1 tbs of seasame oil
1 tbs sugar

Heat your pan or wok and add in a tbs of oil and add in ginger once hot!. After flavoring the oild add in your shrimp and once those are done add the vegetables!. Stir fry until the shrimp is done then add in the cooked spaghetti noodles!. Once combined, add in the sauce and then mix together!. Fry a bit and enjoy!
