Is it ok to marinate the whole turkey in Goya mojo criollo marinade?!
I always marinate the whole chicken and is delicious, but will the turkey be as good!?

Yes, I've done this before!.!.!.last year I made turkey for 50 and I used the Goya Mojo Criollo to marinate whole turkeys (totally marinating time of 1-2 hours, though overnight would be great too)!.
Here's what I did:
put the turkeys in oven bags
filled them with marinade (including poking into the breast with a knife to help it get in there too)
stuffed the cavities with cornbread and chopped apples
covered the top of the breast with paprika and honey (rub in as much as you can)
closed the bag and sealed it
cook for the prescribed time or until the timer pops up!.
The result: super moist turkey with FABULOUS flavor and gravy you make from the drippings (I recommend corn starch instead of flour) will make people lick the gravy bowl!.
