Depends!. I hear they shoot cows in the head with bolts, they send chickens through a throat cutting machine, not sure how they kill pigs, but they do hang them all to let he blood out!. Halal and Kosher must be cut at a certain spot in the neck ONLY or else it will not be halal or kosher to eat!.
