What is the missing ingredient for beef empandas?!
my sister in law made empanadas and they were really good!. when i asked her how she made them she gave me all the ingredients and i made them!. they were disgusting!. she told me that she only used ground beef onion boiled eggs salt pepper and a little garlic for the filling!. that sounded strange to me because they tasted different than she explained!. it tastes like there was a different spice in there that she didnt tell me about!. i dont know what it is, but something definitely is missing!. i used everything she told me and everything that was visible inside her empanadas!.!.!.they were just gross!. the way my mom makes them she puts half a can of salsa de tomate the little can, sazon, sofrito then puts the meat in and everything else that you mentioned!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
