My mom makes a great dish that she learned from my Scilian grandfather,I love it!.But we are the only two that will eat it!.Chicken livers and kidneys,cooked with onion,garlic,tomato paste,mushrooms and sherry wine!.This is always my birthday dinner request and we are glad to have the left overs to put in an omelette in the morning!.
