Does anyone have any good dim sum style dumplings, esp. sweet pork ones?!
I am talking about the soft shelled dumplings with the wonderful steamed pork and sometimes a sweet BBQ type sauce to dip in, or already inside!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

some nice ones are the 'xiao long bao' filled with meat or seafood and are famous for their flavor and rich broth inside!. These dumplings are originally Shanghainese so they are not considered traditional Cantonese dim sum, and the 'har gao' which is a delicate steamed dumpling with whole or chopped-up shrimp filling and thin wheat starch skin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The pork is called char siu and is simply rolled up in a soft white bread dough and steamed!. Look for a recipe for char siu online or at your local library!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
