If you are making your own sushi, make sure that your salmon is sushi grade, otherwise you run a serious risk of a variety of food borne illnesses!.
However, you do not need to do anything, but I recommend mixing with togarashi or making a sweet sauce/using teriyaki to add some flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nothing should be done to the fish itself, but you can dip the sushi into sauces and wasabi depending on your preferences!. also, you should use the right type of rice, white short-grained rice for the sushi, stickiness is another quality which must be possessed by the rice in the right amounts!.A traditional bento consists of rice, fish or meat, and one or more pickled or cooked vegetables as a side dish!. Not really, it depends if you want to put the salmon in a roll or if you want to prepare it Sashimi style!. Sometimes if you put it in a roll you might add some "condiment" under the fish but in the roll!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Hopefully your salmon is fresh!.!.!.
