i have never heard of such a thing!. i hear of a lot of white men ordering a curry 'after the pub', but i never heard about a white woman doing this!.

I'm white, I have freckles and I used to have red hair, before it turned grey!. If I'm not careful my skin turns the colour of smoked salmon in the sun!.
I have been cooking 'Indian' food from Rajastan to southern Indian hot and spicy vegetarian meals since 1968!.
I also cook Chinese style, but my preference is for Szechuan, which is also hot and spicy!.
And I make a mean Chili con carne!.
Just where did you come from originally!? Curry is a blanket word!. Nobody from India would refer to a dish as a curry!.
Try a Thai side dish with raw chilis in vinegar!. It'll blow your mind!.
By the way, when I invited friends who owned the local Indian Restaurant to a barbecue party, the Indian wife said that my dhal was better than the one they served in the restaurant!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

But I dont know one who eats a curry after the pub!. But then I dont know any who eats a big lasagne after the pub !. Women normally dont eat bis meals late a night!.!.maybe a portion of chips on the way home but no big meal!.
