Answers:
My SIL used to make this and kids seem to love it even though it's a salad!. She has also added cooked hamburger with taco seasoning and offered sour cream to add if desired!.

TACO SALAD

Lettuce, chopped or a pre chopped bag of mixed greens
green onions, chopped
Cheddar cheese, cubed or grated
1 cup canned kidney beans
Fritos corn chips, original - you can use other flavors too
Catalina dressing

Toss together lettuce, onions, cheese and kidney beans!. Just before serving, toss in Catalina dressing, then top with corn chips!. A wonderful, light meal!.

That is a standard taco salad!. The one I make has taco seasoned meat as well!. *** a bit of sliced onion, black olives, chopped tomatoes, pinto or black beans---it's a complete meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can hardly call it Mexican, more like heart-attack inducing white-trash salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
