Yum! Pollo Rosa Maria - Grilled chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and fontina cheese with garlic butter sauce and sauteed mushrooms , My boyfriend hates mushrooms, but he loves this anyway - hold the shrooms :)
also, bruschette with herb extra virgin olive oil tomatoes and mozzerella, romano, parmesan or goat cheese
LOVE crabcakes and calzone w/ spinach, romano, sauteed onions and tomato
As always, classic lasagna and white, (veggie) lasagna
