Yep!
I'm American, and of mostly Swedish heritage, where food is really bland and dull!. I love international cusines!
I quit eating meat almost 9 years ago and so I can't have bibimbab, but I still enjoy kimchi (when it doesn't have anchovy in it), and the various delicious soups!.
I used to live in LA's Koreatown and dated a Korean girl, and we'd go to local restaurants where you do the bbq/frying of meat at your table, it was cool!. I make my own Korean food at home sometimes on my own using meat substitutes - usually bibimbab with fake steak strips, and I also love making kimchi pancakes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm Canadian!. Just like the first guy who answered, because he too comes the greatest country on earth!. For that matter, I remember asking a Korean Internet student of mine what she did for New Years Day!. She said her family piled into the car early in the morning, and drove to the East Sea to watch the first sunrise of the New Year!. She watched the sunrise turn the mountains from grey to pink, and wondered why anyone would want to live anywhere other than Korea!.
Patriotism is good, but I dislike talk of anyone's country being the greatest or the best!. That kind of talk tends to relieve people from their responsibility to try make their nation a bit better--and any place could stand a bit of improvement!.
I could eat kimchi three times a day, and I love bulgogi!.
When we lived in Taiwan, we used to go to a place called the Ko Ri Ah (English phonetic equivalent, but everyone but us was Chinese)!. I don't know why they didn't just call it Nan Han, and be done with it!. Anyway, the charcoal braziers and the all-you-can-eat fish and meat was wonderful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

We have not been to a Korean restaurant, but recently found on in a nearby town and plan to try it soon!.
I have been to Chinese restaurants where we cooked meat on a mini hibachi at the table, and it was fun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm a NZer of UK descent!. I went to one Korean restaurant in Bangkok many years ago!. I've never been to Korea!. I like Korean food because it's hearty, filling, healthy and cheap!. I make my own kimchi with vegetables we grow ourselves!. The only ingredients I pay for are the chillis (it's too cold to grow them here) and salt!. Yeah, bbqing your own meat sounds like fun!.
