Oatmeal is the best!. Not the instant kind but the 3 1/2 minute you cook on the stove!. 1 cup is approx!. 150 calories and it keeps you from feeling hungry all morning!. You can sweeten it by cooking it with raisins and cinnamon or even small cubes of apple!. If you have dried blueberries or other dried fruit, it works great as well!. You can add some brown sugar or maple syrup as well!.
