I love carrots too! I would say tomato, but I guess that's not technically a veggie!. I don't know what's the healthiest!. Maybe spinach!?

Well, I like my meat, but I live in the country with the highest bowel cancer rate in the world, NZ, so I'm aware of the health benefits of vegetables, not to mention economic and environmental concerns!. I like asparagus, nuts, mushrooms and avocados!. And vegetarian curries!. Oh yeah, vegetable soups, all of them!. There are thousands of different traditional vegetarian curries, soups, samoosas and pakoras!. The shepherd's pie, Cornish pasties, chilli con carne and moussaka I make only contain about 10% meat, but you wouldn't know it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Worst: Brussel Sprouts most definitely!. Hate those suckers!.
Healthiest: I have no idea, and to be honest, I don't think it matters!. It wouldn't mean I would go around eating that all day!. I keep variety in my diet, to give me the vitamins and nutrients I need, which is actually the best thing to do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my favourite is definitely the humble onion - love it!. and it forms the basis for almost all of my recipes!

It is a tie for me between broccoli and cabbage, but I love almost all vegetables!. I think I heard Tyler Florence say once that sweet potatoes are the healthiest vegetable, so I would guess that or spinach!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
