Recipe for a peculiar food?!
I spent the last two weeks in Italy visiting a friend!. While I was there, he took me to an amazing restaurant where they served a delicious horse dish called pastissada!. It was tender, sweeter than beef, and low in fat!. I was wondering if anyone had any recipes for other horse meat dishes or if anyone knew where I could buy horse meat!. I have two horses myself, but neither of them are old enough to butcher!. Any help would be appreciated!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Other than a few horses azzes on YA I don't know where you could find some old horse meat!. Maybe like veal, your young horses would do the trick!. I think Jilibean has and uses some of her secret sauce(wink)!. If she can't help you maybe good ole pimp stain could shoot some your way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
