I always get the #1 Large combination soup!. All sorts of good things in there!. You may want to try the fried spring rolls!. You roll them up with the supplied lettuce leaves and dip into the hot soup!. Really good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Pho tai is the beef soup most commonly ordered!. The very lean beef is served uncooked but sliced so thin it quickly cooks in the hot soup!.
Mix the noodles as soon as the soup is served so they don't stick together!. Basil and mint will be served on the side - tear off some of the leaves and mix them in the soup!. Bean sprouts are also served but I find they get in the way of eating the noodles!.
Put some hoison sauce in one of the small dishes stacked at the table along with some red hot sauce - wrap a slice of beef in some basil and dip in the sauce mixture!.!.!. VERY good!
It's more proper to load the noodles up on the soup spoon when eating, however it's most common for people to slurp the noodles straight into your mouth with chop sticks - a bit easier and faster!.
Finish it off with some ice coffee - mmmmm good!Www@FoodAQ@Com
