Answers:
I wouldn't eat any seafood the first time around like raw fish!. Sushi doesn't always have seafood in it, besides the seaweed wrap!. Tamago and Futo Maki are two kinds of sweetened egg sushi that are delicious!. There are also california rolls (if you go to an authentic restaurant specify that you want sesame seeds on the outside, not roe - and some have cooked crab or imitation crab in it), cucumber rolls and avocado rolls!. Then if you decide that you like the taste of the seasoned rice and seaweed, then move onto more adventurous ones!. I would start on the seafood with things that you already know you like, like I'll eat tuna because I know I like raw tuna already!. If you don't know what you like, try tuna, shrimp and crab!. Then I would suggest eel and other fish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sushi is my fav!!! You should try the "California Roll" They call it the first timers roll actually hahaha!. If you're a little hesitant about raw fish/seafood you have nothing to worry about this roll, it has cooked crab meat/cucumber/avocado!.!.!.My personal favs are the shrimp tempura roll(this is shrimp coated in a little batter and deep fried with avocado) and also the philly rolled (it's smoked salmon and cream cheese) ENJOY!Www@FoodAQ@Com

For a first timer, I would recommend a cooked variety such as the California Roll which is crab and avocado or one of the other cooked sushi rolls with either crab or shrimp!. They taste great and even my kids love those types!. I find that for a raw sushi, I really love the salmon because it has a really mild taste and it melts in your mouth like butter, rather than being chewy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would go anything like chicken and avocado or a tuna one, a flavour you are familiar with until you get a taste for the rest of the sushi roll (i!.e seaweed, the rice etc), its a bit of an acquired taste!. I can't say it was something I immediately liked but once I had it two or three times I really started to enjoy it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Shrimp

That is not so bad! Other than that I didn't like it but I tried!Www@FoodAQ@Com
