I think they have a different level of spice too!. Like they might be very spicy, but different!. I think Indian and Korean are probably the spiciest, but more of a harsh spiciness!. Mexican food can be pretty spicy, but a little more relaxed!. Chinese isnt usually that spicy!.!.!. make sense!? LolWww@FoodAQ@Com

LOVE LOVE LOVE spicy food!. I think it depends on 'your' palate!. And all these ethnic foods have levels and layers of taste!. Sweet and Spciy; salty and spicy, tart & spicy etc!.

As for me I think THAI & INDIAN rank in the top 2!. Followed by (but not outdone by) Korean, Mexican and Chinese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
