Is it too early to make turkey brine for thanksgiving? I will be emerging the turkey on tuesday...?!

Is your turkey already thawed out!? I don't think a turkey needs to soak in a brine more than twelve hours!. Do your brine the night before Thanksgiving!. Just rub the turkey inside and out with 2 cups of kosher salt, put it in a stock pot and completely cover the turkey with cold water!. Put it in the refrigerator overnight!. Remove it from the brine and rinse it inside and out on Thanksgiving morning before roasting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
