Is there a recipe to make Gelatos without using an ice cream maker?!

Question: Is there a recipe to make Gelatos without using an ice cream maker!?
I have looked at a few online recipes and noticed that they all tell you to freeze the batter in an ice cream maker!. Is there a recipe that is simpler and does not require an ice cream maker!? I don't have an ice cream maker!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I couldn't find a gelato recipe but here's a ice-cream recipe without using a ice-cream maker that is simple yet yummy:

What you'll need:
2 tablespoon sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence or 1/2 Tablespoon coffee powder
---------------------------------
6 tablespoons rock salt
1 pint-size plastic food storage bag (e!.g!., Ziploc)
1 gallon-size plastic food storage bag
Ice cubes

How to make it:
1)--Fill the large bag half full of ice, and add the rock salt!. Seal the bag!.
2)--Put milk, vanilla, and sugar into the small bag, and seal it!.
3)--Place the small bag inside the large one, and seal it again carefully!.
4)--Shake until the mixture is ice cream, which takes about 7 minutes!.
If u like ur ice-cream to be harder put it in the freezer for 1 hour!.
5)--Wipe the top of the small bag (so that the melted salty ice won't get into the bag), then open it carefully!. Enjoy!

(1 cup milk makes about 1 cup of ice-cream, double the proportions if u want more!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
