Sushi? ?!
Ok, so I was at this sushi restaurant and I can't remember what on earth I ordered, but there was something on top of the fish, it reminded me of cream cheese!. and that's all it was just this piece of fish and this cream cheese-like thing on top!. FYI, Authentic shrimp tempura does not have cream cheese on it!. It could have been Japanese mayo on your sushi or possibly salmon with cream cheese!. A lot of Japanese restos have been doing a fusion of sorts and try to adapt to whatever country they are located at!. The salmon sushi with cream cheese has become quite popular at a lot of reputable and trendy Japanese restos worldwide!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
I tried to find you something but couldn'treally get something that specifi!.!.!. i did however find a shushi chart!. maybe if you can identify the fish you may be able to find the recipe with the white cream!. it could also be the resurants signiture dish that only they make!.!.!.

Unless the restaurant was experimenting, otherwise cheese is never found on sushi!.
