Answers:
Traditionally, goose was served for Christmas dinner in previous centuries, but geese were quite expensive!. Families started to eat turkeys instead because it was more economical in the 1500s I believe!. Since then, they have been eating turkeys on Christmas to celebrate just like we eat it on Thanksgiving!. Some people still do eat goose too!. Goose is very different from turkey, have you ever eaten duck!? Generally the meat is darker and moist!. Some people think it's a little greasy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
