It is what they said ( a chicken in a duck in a turkey ) and i know down here we stuff rice dressin in all the lil cracks and crevices between all of them and inside the chicken!. Or some places down here you get them with a stuffed quail inside the chicken!. i guess it depends where you at!. im in south louisianaWww@FoodAQ@Com
