A turducken is Louisiana Cajun dish that consists of a boneless chicken inside a boneless duck inside a boneless turkey!.!.!. with some type of bread stuffing in the chicken and between layers of bird!.

It is what they said ( a chicken in a duck in a turkey ) and i know down here we stuff rice dressin in all the lil cracks and crevices between all of them and inside the chicken!. Each of the three birds is completely boned first (maybe not the turkey!?), and there is often a layer of stuffing between the birds and inside the chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
