The World's a better place with authentic feta cheese and Greek olives!. These two together are awesome!. One of my favorite simple dishes is Ellinikos Lemoni Patatas (Greek Lemon Potatoes) They are simple to make, but so darn tasty!.
Saganaki (Greek σαγαν?κι) (meaning flaming cheese) is breathtaking to watch and really good!.
Dolmades (Stuffed grape leaves) are awesome too!. This canned version is light and kind of lemony http://parthenonfoods!.com/stuffed-grape-!.!.!.
A local Greek shop used to grill their pitas before they made their gyros, and they had a light crunch to them!. They were the best in the city, made with great feta and and tzatziki!.
