Answers:
yup!. use a cup with a little rice wine vinegar and water then dip your fingers in it when you lay the rice and when you dampen your nori!. you should also have a sushi roller!. it helps alotWww@FoodAQ@Com

well if you get the stuff u pour into the rice to make it sticky (i think it's something along the lines of rice wine vinegar but i cant remember 100%) and pour a bit into water then dip you finger in the mix and run it along the length of the roll it will stick it together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need to make sure you're not using just basic white rice from the store!. You need extra short grain white rice, usually specifically labelled as for sushi!. You also need to mix it with water and rice vinegar and then lightly air dry it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can dampen your nori a bit!. :)

And no!. You don't need to chill the roll before chopping it up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you using glutinous rice!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

add 1tsp sugarWww@FoodAQ@Com

it depends on what rice you use!. I use japaneese sweet rice that works wellWww@FoodAQ@Com
