Question: How can I stop sushi rice from sticking to my hands will putting it on seaweed!?

Base on my own experienced when I'm doing Sushi and to prevent it from sticking the rice in my hands,I just used water with rice vinegar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Dip your hands in a little water, better yet mist them with a spray bottle!. Or wear glovesWww@FoodAQ@Com
wear plastic , or put little waterWww@FoodAQ@Com
You have to water your fingers!.it helps a lot!.
