What kind dish can be made out of blow fish?!

I have had it and it is very good! It's very smooth and mild flavored, sort of like unagi (eel)!. I understand it's very dangerous if not prepared properly, but the one or two times I've tried it I didn't have any trouble!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
