Hmm!.!.they both taste great, but I have noticed that the fillings for the sushi with rice on the outside have a lot of flavor!. The sushi with rice on the inside seem more simple and are sometimes hard to dip into soy sauce because the filling is not bound together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's an interesting tidbit!. the proper way to serve Sushi is to have the seaweed (Nori) on the outside and the rice on the inside!. fact is, the North Americans didn't like the thought of eating seaweed not the appearance so a famous chef is Vancouver reversed the process and began serving Sushi withthe rice onthe outside and the seaweed on the inside!.

I prefer rice on the outside, it looks neater!. But I actually prefer to eat sashimi than sushi rolls!. Sometimes the seaweed wrapper tastes a bit strange!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I absolutely ADORE SUSHI! inside outside with without irrelevant the best tasting sushi hands down has to California Sea Urchin!. Try it you will adore it!! Be warned though it is a very pricey!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
