Unfortunately i do enjoy them during meal time - beef tripe braised or stewed with noodles soup or gravy and sauteed chitlin (piglet) in garlic sauce chinese style - and feel bad each time someone asks a question like this!. What a hypocrite i am!! >sigh< Www@FoodAQ@Com
tripe can be used in a congee, called " goto" in the philippines!.
