Question: Thai iced tea question!?
I want to make thai iced tea and found a recipe!. I'm just wondering something!. Can I find the tea in the asian and ethnic food section of my regular grocery store!? If so what am I looking for!? is there a specific brand I should look for!? I don't know where a thai grocery is in my areaWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Don't think you can find Thai Iced Tea itself in your local grocery store!. You'd have to look elsewhere, maybe in Chinatown!. However, there are certain restaurants that might serve it!. The only one I know of is a restaurant is Penang, that serves Malaysian Cuisine and food of areas around there!. But I'm not sure if that's near you at all!. If you want the specific ingredients you can't find at a grocery store, go to an Asian goods store in Chinatown!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

All you really need is black tea!. Any kind is fine!. Mix with sweetened condensed milk and there you have it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Any spiced black tea will do, but some thai restaurants use half and half or coconut milk!. But thats really it!. Enjoy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
