Answers:
I enjoy Nasi Biryani Basmati rice the fact that it is first saute'ed in ghee and cooked with the world's most expensive spice, saffron!. The layered flavorful rice with tender pieces of spiced-cooked lamb, mutton or chicken, with a garnishing of slivered almonds and raisins really brings the flavor out!.

Mutton Korma is a good one to I like it because it is comparatively mild [not hot] curry!. Usually mutton or lamb and is slow cooked in a medley of spices and coconut milk!. Kurma is great also because its a popular alternative to hot or fiery curry!.

Malay food is rather similar to Indonesian food in combination of spices!. Since I live in Indonesia, I get some times bored with it!.So I wouldn't choose a Malay restaurant, though like some of Malay dishes!. But I like fine Nyonya/ Baba cuisine which I find interesting combination!.
If I go to a restaurant I'd prefer trying Indian cuisine but mostly from Northern India or Kashmir!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
