Answers:
The first guy is absolutely right!. Store it in a bowl and push the saran wrap on the top of the guac so that NO air touches it!. This will keep it green and fresh!Www@FoodAQ@Com

To prevent guacamole getting brown:
- Keep avocado seed with the mixture (anti-oxidation)!. You just take it off when you are going to serve it!.
- Do not put salt in the mixture (you can add little at last moment but often it's not necessary because chips and tostadas are often salty)

these tips are often used in MexicoWww@FoodAQ@Com

Extra lemon juice, seed in the bowl!.!.!. but the thing to do is push the cling wrap all the way down to the bowl, so that there's no air between the plastic wrap and the guac!.

However, even this will not work for more than a day (24 hours)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mom my always told me that if you leave the core in the bowl!.!. as well as covering it!.!. it will help keep it fresh longer!. I have never made the stuff my self but that is how she always did it!. I think it worked!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Before you blend the avocado sear it with the skin on!. Once you have it blended keep it covered!. The surface may still brown but just mix it in and you will have green guacamole!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

you put the guacamole in a plastic container and put foil on top this will work for a little bit and then you could add some water and mix it in and it looks more fresh Www@FoodAQ@Com

I store it with plastic wrap pressed into the top so that no air comes in contact with the dip
