What ideas do you have to use the yellow curry paste in interesting ways!?!?!?

Answers:
A little different than the usual lamb, beef and chicken!.
Cut firm fish like shark swordfish or sea bass into bite size chunks!. Coat with flour and saute or fry in oil until light brown!. Cover with the curry paste and coconut milk!. Serve on rice with raw chopped green chile!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

1) Sauteed some onions in vegetable oil, add the curry paste and fry until fragrant!. Add chicken meat and potatoes!. Fry until the potatoes are soft!. Add some water if it is too dry!. Add salt to taste!.

2) Marinate a whole chicken with the paste and soya sauce!. Grill chicken over charcoal fire!. Taste good with some coleslaw!

Well!.!.!. Curry is an universal spice!. i think!.!.!. im used to fish curry, chicken curry, mutton curry, beef curry and vegetable curry!. beware tho, some curry can't mix very well with fish or mutton, for instance!.

you may also want to stock up on coconut milk as well!. just the yellow curry along will not taste good!.
