I made lumpia...how to put it away?!
So i made the mixture but my mo said it is too late to make them so i need to put it away!!
How do i do it!?

My mom usually puts the mixture in the fridge and she's left it there for days at a time!.
As for the covers, I'd suggest putting them in the freezer so they don't dry out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

lumpia wrapper is best kept in the freezer!. it will keep as long as it doesn't get moist!. the lumpia filling, if it is made from meat, is also good in the freezer!. if it is vegetables keep it in a bowl loosely covered by glad wrap and do not keep it longer than overnight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
