Unless it was served with "pancakes" it was not Moo Shu Pork!. If the pieces of pork were in small strips, it might have been Shredded Pork With Garlic Sauce!. If the pork was almost diced, it could have been Pork Ding!. Was there bean curd in it!? If so then it was probably Twice Cooked Pork!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
