Yea, stir-fry ot Torta (a Filipino dish)!. Torta is easier!. You have to get the ingredients from an asian store though!. Torta is made w/ asian eggplant, scrambled egg and browned ground beef!. You just split the eggplant, mix the egg and beef together and pour into the split parts of the eggplant on a pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
