Indian Food.. recipes please. read description?!

There is this delicious East Indian Cuisine that i go to occasionally out here in Chilliwack, it is called the shandhar hut!. I Absolutely love the food they cook, but it is a bit out of our budget to go to every week!. OMg I am love there food!. I am looking for some recipes to make korma, vindaloos, curry Chicken with like lots of sauce!.!. I love that kind of food!. In medium spice!. I know there are tons of differenet way to make these items!. I am not a fan of the major coconut base!.!. becaus eI dont like my food very sweet!. But i just want flavourful, spicy yummy indian food to scoop up with my garlic naan!. also some really good samosa recipes would be awesome!.
